Matawan retail center sells for $6.8M+
A retail center in Matawan has sold for $6.825 million, according to real estate firm Marcus & Millichap.
The firm said in a news release that the Shoppes at Matawan, a 33,719-square-foot property at 1008-1016 Route 34, was sold by an undisclosed limited liability company to an undisclosed buyer.
Alan Cafiero, Brent Hyldahl and Ben Sgambati, investment specialists, had the exclusive listing to market the property.
“The shopping center had a variety of local restaurants and service-oriented businesses and had recently been renovated in 2019,” Cafiero said in a prepared statement.
